HIGH-IMPACT VIRTUAL TRAINERS

Virtualize your training program with the support of experts. We advise you on the creation of a virtual training plan with the Train The Trainer format.

We provide advice to take advantage of existing technological tools in your organization or we recommend the use of a platform.

The training program requires 12 hours of dedication: 8 hours for 2 modules facilitated by experts and 4 hours for preparation tasks:

​

  • 2 hours: pre-work

  • 4 hours: first online module

  • 2 hours: offline training

  • 4 hours: second online module

It is not necessary to have experience in virtual or in-person facilitation or other specific knowledge; only a basic knowledge of the platform to be used is required, for which a pre-work guide will be provided.
